HR Policy
This policy provides information regarding the procedures of various HR activities with Educational and Youth Empowerment Society (EYES). The EYES values are an integral part of this document and play a vital role in the achievement of our objectives.
Finance policy
In EYES financial management is considered, “A process which brings together planning, budgeting accounting, financial reporting, internal reporting, auditing, procurement, disbursements and physical performance of Finance Department with the aim of managing organization‘s resources properly for achieving the organizational and program(s)/project(s) objectives”.
Admin policy
For the smooth functioning of the office procedures and operating guidelines are set forth for the administration department.
Procurement Policy Procurement” is the principal function that describes the activities and processes to acquire goods and services. It includes the activities involved in establishing fundamental requirements, sourcing activities such as market research and vendor evaluation and negotiation of contracts. It can also include the purchasing activities required to order and receive goods.
IT Policy
The purpose of the IT Policy is to ensure the effective protection and proper usage of the computer systems within EYES. The IT investment of the organization is considerable, and the dependency on computer technology in the delivery of EYES services is high. The IT Policy will assist in maintaining systems at operational level. Contraventions of the IT Policy could seriously disrupt the operation of EYES and any breaches will be treated seriously.
Code of Conduct
A code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the social norms and religious rules and responsibilities of proper practices for EYES organization.
Monitoring and Evaluation Policy
EYES believes in growth of the individuals and therefore the courses, projects, publications and researches conducted at (EYES) are to improve the individual. It is therefore vital that cohesive mechanisms of reflective action are developed in each activity of (EYES). The M&E framework helps in measuring the processes and their effectiveness.
Investment Policy
The establishment of an investment policy is the basis for proper management of Organizational Surplus funds. Writing investment policy forces EYES officials to think through their role as committed staff and how they can meet the intent of the Policy manual or a trust document in the most prudent manner possible. An investment policy also can be the source document for delivering instructions to a contracted individual or an employee whose job it may be to make investment decisions for a future of organization.
