Educational and Youth Empowerment Society is an independent registered non-government, non-Political, non-Religious and nonprofit civil society organization based at Balochistan province. The organization founded in 2008 (Directorate of Social Welfare Government of Baluchistan under the social welfare registration number 59/04, act 1961 at Jaffarabad and Provincial registration number RA-1711, act 1961 at Quetta, Balochistan. EYES appeared into the arena of social services with the enthusiasm to support and empower the youth. The society wants to change the status of peoples especially Youth. EYES focused on diverse thematic areas including Youth Empowerment, Women Empowerment, Health, Education, Human Rights, Human Resource Development, Environment, and art and culture.  EYES believe that the continually effort can bring change in the society, hence EYES is working in different operational areas which need to be improved. EYES strongly follow its core values which are Transparency, Accountability, Equality, and Self Reliance. EYES always have a dynamic and healthy environment of working through which it achieved a participatory and dignified, self-sustainable approach and engaged communities in developing an environment that will support marginalized segments of society.
